Norma Porter is an arts administrator and activist, dance artist, educator and writer . She joined the leadership staff as Managing Director of Headlong Dance Theater in January 2022.
Alex Graham, General Manager
Alex Graham has a background in arts administration, music and education. She began work with Headlong as Office Manager in October 2020 and became General Manager in January 2022.
David Brick, Co-founder/Artistic Director
David Brick collaborates broadly in making dance, participatory installations and community. He is Artistic Director and Co-founder of Headlong and Directs the Headlong Performance Institute.

We incubate projects by supporting and sponsoring artists and we engage audiences by asking people to participate in the work. Headlong fosters the creative eco-system by providing educational opportunities, financial advice and strategic planning as well as by asking the questions that shape the cultures in which we live.
